PAYMENT METHODS

Acceptable forms of payment for on-line ordering are: MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER, PayPal

ORDERS

We do not currently accept orders from outside the United States of America.

An e-mail will be sent to you immediately after we receive your order as an acknowledgement and a receipt to you that we have received your order and are processing it. The e-mail receipt may also contain information about other related products you may be interested in purchasing, as well as any sale items at the time of your order.

SHIPPING

We strive to ship our products within 5-7 business days utilizing FedEx Ground and will notify you if this is not possible.  While we do our best to ship our games within 5-7 days, please be aware that these items may take an additional 10 business days.  If you need an item sent overnight, please contact Sarah Garcia for the exact charge.  These charges are based on weight and destination and must be charged at the time of purchase.

The shipping and handling charge is 9% of the total of your order.  If your order is $75 or less, you will be charged a minimum of $7.00.  For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, the shipping and handling charge is 14% of the total of your order.  If your order is $75 or less, you will be charged a minimum of $10.00

If one of our items is on backorder, you will receive notification from us stating which item is on backorder and when you can expect the item to be shipped.  Any item on backorder should be shipped no more than 2-3 weeks later.

BACKORDERS

While we here at Cafe Prevention strive to do all we can to assure your items arrive in a timely manner, we know that from time to time our items may become backordered—especially our more popular games and toolkits.  However, you can be sure that, as soon as we receive your order, we will not only immediately take action to replenish our stock and fill your order, but we will also contact you personally to let you know when you can expect the backordered item.  As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call!.

GUARANTEE / RETURNS

We will stand behind our products 110%.  If you are not satisfied, neither are we.  Contact our office within 30 days and arrange a return of your products in the original condition for a full refund, less shipping and handling.  Sorry, but no refunds on customized or imprinted products.  Refunds/exchanges are void after 30 days from the date of delivery.  Please verify your order upon receipt.
