Q. Where do you get the information for your publications?
A. We utilize a large variety of reputable sources such as SAMSHA, CADCA, Office of National Drug Control Policy, National Institute on Drug Abuse and Monitoring the Future. We also utilize well recognized scholarly journals and data from agencies such as school and law enforcement from across the country. Prior to publication, all products are reviewed for accuracy by our staff of experts in specific fields.
Q. Where are you located?
A. Our facility is located in Springfield, Missouri.
Q. How are you funded?
A. Community Partnership, of which Cafe Prevention is a division, receives funding from private foundations and corporations, individual donors, federal, state and local grants, and from the sale of materials on Cafe Prevention. All funds from the sale of items on Cafe Prevention become part of Community Partnership’s core budget and are used to sustain the non-profit organization, Community Partnership.
Q. If you receive funding from other revenue sources, why charge for products?
A. We use the revenue we generate to sustain our non-profit organization and grow the services we provide to the communities we serve.
Q. If you sell products, doesn’t that make it a for-profit corporation?
A. No. All revenue generated from sales goes back into the organization to allow us to continue to provide services to the region we serve.

Q. Will you accept purchase orders?
A. Yes. Mail or fax your purchase order to Sarah Garcia at the above address/fax number.
Q. What are your accepted methods of payment?
A. You may pay by purchase order, check or on-line using PayPal.
Q. How can I locate an order form?

Q. Do you accept international orders?
A. No. At this time, no international orders are accepted. Please check back with us as this may change in time.
Q. What are the shipping and handling charges?
A. The shipping and handling charge is 9% of the total of your order. If your order is $75 or less, you will be charged a minimum of $7.00. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, the shipping and handling charge is 14% of the total of your order. If your order is $75 or less, you will be charged a minimum of $10.00.
Q. Can I get an order sent overnight?
A. Yes. If you need an item sent overnight, please contact Sarah Garcia for the exact charge. These charges are based on weight and destination and must be charged at the time of purchase.
Q. When can I expect my order?
A. We strive to ship our products within 5-7 business days and will notify you if this is not possible. While we do our best to ship our games within 5-7 days, please be aware that these items may take an additional 10 business days.
Q. What are your shipping methods?
A. We utilize FedEx Ground.
Q. What happens if an item is on backorder?
A. If one of our items is on backorder, you will receive notification from us stating which item is on backorder and when you can expect the item to be shipped. Any item on backorder should be shipped no more than 2-3 weeks later.
Q. How do I return an item?
A. We will stand behind our products 110%. If you are not satisfied, neither are we. Contact our office within 30 days and arrange a return of your products in the original condition for a full refund, less shipping and handling. Sorry, but no refunds on customized or imprinted products. Refunds/exchanges are void after 30 days from the date of delivery. Please verify your order upon receipt.
